(1) All papers should be written and presented in English.

(2) Abstracts are submitted through Abstract Submission without a need for conference publications and citations; Manuscripts are submitted through Manuscript Submission. All presented manuscripts will be published in IET Conference Proceedings and cited by EI database.

(3) The ordinary length is suggested 1-2 pages for Abstracts, and no less than 5 pages for Manuscripts, including all figures, tables, references, and appendices. Otherwise, additional charges will occur for overlength pages.

(4) A submission confirmation email will be sent to you within 2 days of the submission date.

(5) Make sure that your papers are free from plagiarism or similarity issues.

(6) Oral presenters will have 15 minutes to present their papers including Q&A. Online presenters should record their presentations and send to the conference secretary in advance.
